What you’ll be doing

Strategic Program Management (HR PMO)

  • Drive and track execution of key HR strategic initiatives (ie, HR operating model evolution, talent priorities, EVP, onboarding, AI enablement).
  • Own the HR planning calendar: coordinating milestones, tracking progress, and reporting on key deliverables.
  • Support preparation of materials for strategic reviews, board/EC updates, leadership summits, townhalls, etc.
  • Manage dependencies across COEs (Talent, Rewards), Global Business Services (GBS)/Shared Services, and Business Lines (Career Transition & Mobility, Recruitment Solutions, Advisory, Upskilling and Development).

Chief of Staff to the Global Head of HR, LHH

  • Ensure the Global Head of HR, LHH is fully prepared for all key meetings, communications, and decisions, proactively gathering inputs and prepping materials.
  • Lead agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups for LHH HRLT, Talent Council, and HR Business Partner meetings.
  • Act as liaison between the Global Head of HR, LHH and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Maintain oversight of HR budget planning and cost optimization tracking (in coordination with Finance and Reward).

Internal Coordination & Culture Building

  • Partner with the Head of Talent and HRBPs to activate cross-HR initiatives that reinforce LHH’s Culture Commitments and people experience.
  • Connect dots across projects, people, and timelines by flagging risks and opportunities before they escalate.
  • Ensure strong rhythm of communications across the HR team, enabling collaboration, alignment, and knowledge sharing.

About you

Must-Have Qualities

  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Curious and business-minded. Eager to understand strategy, org design, finance, and talent topics
  • Emotionally intelligent and discreet. Can manage sensitive HR topics with maturity
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and gets things done without being asked
  • Skilled communicator with strong writing, storytelling, and slide-building skills
  • Strong project and program management capabilities

Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Chief of Staff, or Program Management roles
  • Experience working directly with senior executives or in fast-paced matrixed environments
  • Prior experience in a professional services, consulting, or talent-driven business is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR topics such as operating models, talent development, and change management
  • Fluency in English required; other languages a plus
