About the role
We are looking for a proactive problem solver, a natural organizer, and a trusted advisor who thrives in complexity. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to make the organization better, and are equally comfortable in PowerPoint, Excel, or a Teams workshop join us as a LHH HR Strategic Planning & Operations Lead. The role offers exposure to C-suite strategy and decision-making at a global level, opportunity to shape and influence HR transformation in a purpose-led company, a dynamic, fast-moving environment where your voice and impact will matter, as well as a highly collaborative and supportive leadership team.
