Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Workday Administrator to lead the maintenance, rollout, and enhancement of Workday functionalities across the organization. This role is pivotal in supporting HR operations, training stakeholders, and ensuring optimal use of our HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner for HR and business units, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of Workday features.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Maintenance

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Workday, ensuring system integrity, performance and data accuracy.
  • Manage configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, etc.).
  • Monitor system integrations and coordinate with IT and vendors as needed.
  • Training & Communication
  • Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for HRIS users across the organization
  • Act as a Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to HR, managers, and employees.
  • Translate technical concepts into user-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Feature Rollout & Optimization
  • Lead the implementation of new Workday features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new configurations and updates.

Business Support & Reporting

  • Provide day-to-day support for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
  • Generate and analyze reports to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Assist the Data Management team to ensure compliance with data governance
  • Help with the implementation and reporting of security protocols and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPPA)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources information systems (HRIS), Information
  • Technology, or a related field preferred (not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for training and user support.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, business processes, and security configuration is a plus.
