The Role

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you'll be responsible for recruiting top-tier talent within Northern Europe to join our dynamic team. You'll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional candidate experience while ensuring alignment with our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal hires, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior leaders to understand talent needs and workforce plans.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively network and engage with local markets to build robust talent pipelines for key roles. Develop innovative sourcing strategies tailored to challenging and competitive industries.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide consultative advice on selection decisions.
  • Market Intelligence: Utilise external and internal data insights to provide market trends and analysis that inform hiring strategies.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices by ensuring diverse candidate representation throughout the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an ambitious individual with proven experience in either recruitment consulting or talent acquisition within fast-paced industries such as professional services or sales-driven environments.

We would especially love someone who has been successful as a Recruitment Consultant or has experience in Rec2Rec (Recruitment-to-Recruitment) roles. Your ability to understand the nuances of recruiting within competitive markets will be invaluable in identifying top-tier talent for our organisation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

  • A track record of success in managing complex recruitment assignments or placing professionals in challenging markets (e.g., executive search or interim management).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically about talent acquisition challenges.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a dynamic & competitive environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English. other European languages is a plus
  • A passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences while driving business outcomes.
