Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Pagosa Springs, CO

Location: Pagosa Springs, CO

Nearest Major Cities: Durango, CO (approximately 60 miles west); Santa Fe, NM (approximately 150 miles south)

• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week (no weekends)
• Paid Time Off: 260 hours per year

Job Description:

Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to provide diagnostic and medical care for patients in a Rural Health Clinic setting. The physician will also participate in patient satisfaction programs, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational goals to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $236,000 to $261,000
• Signing Bonus: $20,000, payable two weeks after starting
• CME Allowance: $6,000 annually (subject to taxes)

Loan Repayment Eligibility:

• This Rural Health Clinic is a designated Colorado Health Service Corps and National Health Service Corps site, making eligible providers qualified to apply for loan repayment programs.
• The employer is also a Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible organization.
