Job Summary:

Nesco Resource is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our client's warehouse team. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials within the facility to support smooth warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, move pallets, and stage materials as required.
• Transport materials to and from production areas, storage, and shipping.
• Inspect forklift and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating a forklift.

Requirements:

• Previous forklift operation experience required.
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to be certified).
• Ability to lift up to [X lbs, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail.
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude.
