We are searching for the best talent to fill position as Senior Key Account Specialist, to join a dedicated team within the therapeutic area of Immunology. The location is Czechia, Territory to cover.: Half of Czechia

The Senior Key Account Specialist (KAS) is responsible for sales efforts and relationship development with physician targets, pharmacists and administrative leads within appointed institutions and surrounding hospital service areas and partners. The KAS is also responsible for all business management within their territory and cross-functional account management within the Company.

The role involves building and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) by demonstrating deep knowledge of target physicians, understanding market segmentation, and keeping the iCONNECT application updated. The role requires leading business dynamics within designated territories and coordinating with territory partners in a team-oriented environment to address account needs and incorporate cross-functional expertise.

The position also emphasizes the importance of using compliant relationship skills to navigate access challenges with physicians and institutions, while working with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and business growth.

You will be responsible for (not limited to):

  • Achieve sales target in assigned territory by highly ethical and compliant customer-oriented approach.
  • Promote assigned portfolio of the Company's products (proven understanding of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products) to assigned targets.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of assigned Janssen´s products and competitors (testing on the meetings, feedback from managers and external customers).
  • Execute the visits in assigned territory based on cycle strategy (the adherence to Plan of Action in iCONNECT).
  • Assess needs of target physicians and other HCP partners and update them on regularly basis.
  • Address needs with responsive approach, targeted skills, and appropriate resources.
  • Analyse and use available reports and information to understand impact of past customer interactions, suggest new ways of communication to improve interactions with customers.
  • Co-develop and implement territory business plans.
  • To get deep understanding and insight of the main principles of customer’s Health Care related budget, and products reimbursement principles. To get knowledge of the basic Health-Economic terminology and to supervise the up to date Health-Economic territorial trends in alignment with and under the supervision of the Market Access department.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • A minimum of a university degree or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience in sales and regional management.
  • Good level of English and Czech language.
  • Driving license type B.
