About Brucejack
Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.
As a member of the Brucejack family, we put your health, comfort, and safety first. You’ll stay in private rooms with individual washrooms, enjoy balanced meals prepared by our exceptional culinary team, and have access to a 24-hour snack and sandwich bar. As a Mine Operations Dispatcher, you play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and coordinated underground operations. You’ll oversee multiple site automation systems, manage critical communications, and maintain real-time awareness of equipment, personnel, and environmental conditions. Your attention to detail and quick decision-making support production goals while upholding the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
The Brucejack Operations team is now recruiting for the position of Mine Operations Dispatcher with a competitive base salary between $61,200 - 76,500 / year, with an additional short-term incentive of 10%. The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$61,200 -76,500 / year . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
