Marketing Director, EMEA

The Marketing Director, EMEA Field Marketing is responsible for creating and delivering regional marketing programs for the EMEA region. Working closely with the sales organization, this critical Marketing leader ensures that marketing and sales teams are aligned on the key activities needed to meet regional sales and business goals.

A dynamic, energetic and organized leader, the Marketing Director, EMEA manages the activities and performance of regional marketing programs to support the field in achieving quarterly pipeline and billing targets. In addition to regional sales enablement, he/she will create and execute high-performing demand generation marketing programs that deliver maximum impact and ROI for the EMEA sales teams. This role will involve travel to support regional events, deal support, company meetings, and general team management requirements.



  • Leading the EMEA field marketing team to help the EMEA sales team achieve its goals
  • Running a nimble marketing organization that can quickly adapt to data insights and new market opportunities
  • Collaborating with the Global Demand Generation and Product Marketing to plan and execute regional demand programs that reflect local requirements
  • Driving co-marketing activities with our key channel, OEM, operator, and ecosystem partners in the region
  • Assisting with partner enablement activities including training programs and roadshows
  • Managing the EMEA marketing budget and ensuring all regional programs are supported with consistent reporting and marketing metrics
  • Assisting with training internal sales teams, sales reps, and customer-facing staff on marketing programs and plans
  • Setting the regional marketing targets and KPIs in coordination with sales and marketing leadership
  • Communicating regional requirements and nuances to the broader marketing team





  • 8-12 years professional work experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software markets
  • A minimum of 3 -6 years in leadership roles
  • Experience managing remote team members
  • Experience working within and other marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to create strategic field marketing strategies and execute them successfully
  • Proven ability to build marketing programs that build pipeline
  • Strong people and process management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to build strong working relationships across departments and functions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Measurement-focused and data-driven
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple projects at once
