This role offers the opportunity to work internationally, where you'll guide and influence hiring decisions within your business areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
  • Source and attract top talent through direct approaches, referrals, recruitment platforms, and social media tools.
  • Own the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction with Frontiers is positive and engaging.
  • Leverage market insights and assist in creating hiring strategies for essential roles and locations.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role in sales, publishing and/or technology industries.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing diverse talent attraction strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering volume recruitment such as RPO environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and social media tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on enhancing recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, resilience under pressure.
