Who You'll Work With

You will join our Southeast Asia recruiting team in Bangkok.  Our recruiting teams and our mobility team work across our Southeast Asia complex (ASO) which includes 7 countries – Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia and Myanmar. You will work closely with the Southeast Asia recruiting manager and regional professional development specialist to support our efforts on both teams - bringing in new hires to our firm and helping with the internal transfer process.

What You'll Do

You will focus on coordinating our recruiting efforts within Bangkok and across Southeast Asia and you'll also support our mobility team with the relocation process for transfers and new hires to Southeast Asia.

Recruiting will comprise approximately 60-70% of your time and you'll focus on screening, selecting, and helping candidates navigate our process.  You'll support the cultivation of candidates, the on-boarding new hires from local and international sources and you'll develop new initiatives to attract Thai candidates and build our future candidate pipeline.

You will also coordinate Southeast Asia interview days across all locations leveraging support from other recruiters and you'll serve as primary point of contact for Thailand candidates as well as local schools and associations.  You'll also perform administrative functions for the team while working with our ASO recruiting team or by working independently to plan recruiting events, including the management of all event logistics, scheduling and communications.

Furthermore, you'll handle the data management of relevant department data and systems. You will maintain, input, and track candidate data in Excel and the various recruiting tools and systems as well as create reports, and perform basic analysis on recruiting data from various sources. You will also support the tracking and analysis of candidate and budgetary data, including ad hoc requests.

In the area of mobility (30 - 40%), you will support the relocation process for transfers and new hires to Southeast Asia by communicating the mobility process and relevant support available to potential transfers or new hires and monitoring the progress and approval of transfer decisions.  You will also provide the necessary support to approved transfers and new hires as well as update our mobility database as needed.
