Description:

The Maintenance 3 - Technician is a key role responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of facility systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate proficiency in preventive maintenance practices. This role involves facility repair and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and drywall work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, utilizing hand tools and power tools.
• Conduct facility repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and drywall installation and repair.
• Maintain and repair machinery, ensuring optimal performance and operational efficiency.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance, ensuring water quality and equipment functionality.
• Utilize computer literacy for work order management and reporting.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing all maintenance tasks.
• Assist with the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding project status and issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• General knowledge of Electrical Systems.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of Plumbing.
• Working knowledge of Machinery.
• Working knowledge of Hand Tools and Power Tool Operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English Language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting (Problem Solving).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Experience in Construction.
• Experience with Hydraulics.
• Experience with Operations.
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs.
