About the role
Reporting to the Director – Design & Delivery INTL, the Design & Delivery PMO Senior Manager serves as the subject matter expert for managing the deployment of Enterprise Physical Security Systems across the client’s regional footprint. This position requires a seasoned physical security specialist with deep expertise in enterprise-level systems and global deployment standards. It is critical in aligning security technology implementations with corporate real estate strategy and departmental objectives.
The role demands strong leadership and includes management of a team of subject matter experts, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. It also oversees a vast regional network of contractors, demanding exceptional vendor management capabilities to ensure delivery against contractual performance metrics.
Operating with a high level of influence across internal and external stakeholders—including senior leadership—the Design & Delivery PMO Senior Manager bridges technical expertise with business objectives to ensure the timely, strategic, and cost-effective delivery of a complex portfolio of high-value security projects across EMEA operations. These projects are tightly aligned to business-critical timelines and require precision, agility, and proactive risk management to meet evolving organisational demands.
