This position is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for innovative mobility products, product capabilities, features, and functions across the Omnichannel customer journey. It supports the Tractor Supply Co. - Life Out Here Strategy, increasing sales/profit, and an optimizing the customer experience. This role is accountable for delivering expected return on product investments.
This person is accountable for ensuring that the integrity of the TSC digital experience is maintained by managing the User Acceptance and Site Operations team. This includes publishing of promotions, validation of navigation & links, testing new or updated functionality, and analyzing customer feedback. Central to this role is the optimization of process, implementing automation where it feasible and maximizing the value that this team provides for TSC and its customers.
Experience: 8+ years of Product Management experience. 3+ years omnichannel, ecommerce, and systems development experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field preferred. MBA preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications: Association of International Product Marketing and Management Certification (AIPMM), Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Digital Product Manager (CDPM), Agile Certified Product Manger and Product Owner (ACPMPO), CSTE: Certified Software Tester, CSQA: Certified Software Quality Analyst.
