【組織概要】

Salesforceの公共ビジネス事業開発本部（Public Sector Business Development: PSBD）は、公共のお客様がSalesforceプラットフォームを最大限に活用し、組織目標を達成できるよう、各部門と連携し、公共領域（中央省庁、地方自治体、非営利団体、など）における事業開発プランの立案およびその実行を担当しています。

【職務概要】

本ポジションは、 PSBD本部において、公共ビジネスの戦略立案と案件獲得を推進するための中核となる、調達情報データベースの構築・運用・分析を担当します。データに基づくインサイトを提供することで、Salesforceの公共領域における成長を最前線で支える重要な役割です。 具体的には、ウェブ上に公開されている公共機関の調達情報を収集し、セールスフォースのビジネスの観点から、収集情報のタグ付け・整理・統合・分析を行い、営業部門の利用できるデータベースを構築し、その運用を担っていただく予定です。公共領域における営業案件獲得には、公開調達情報に基づく営業活動のデザインが必要不可欠であり、Salesforceの公共ビジネス拡大に貢献する重要な役割となります。

【主な役割と責任】

本部長および担当の指示に基づき、主に以下の業務を遂行していただく予定です。

• 公共機関の調達情報の収集：調達情報が公開されているサイトを閲覧し、必要な情報を収集します。最新の公開情報を収集するために、定期的に各サイトの情報をチェックし、常に最新の調達情報にアップデートします。
• 調達情報の構造化と標準化：多種多様なフォーマットで公開される調達情報を、統一された事業分析軸（システム種別、対象ソリューション、予算規模など）に基づきタグ付け・整理し、関係部門が即座に活用できる分析可能なデータ資産を構築します。
• 調達情報の分析：蓄積した調達情報を分析し、ターゲットとなる公共機関の調達のトレンドや最新情報を分析します。必要に応じて、関連部門（例：営業本部）への共有とフォローアップを行うことで、営業活動の抜け漏れを防ぎ、適切なタイミングでの営業活動への繋がりを強化します。
• 各種報告資料作成支援： 調達情報の分析を定期的に実施し、調達データベースに基づいた営業活動の進捗状況、フォローアップの達成度、その他部門運営に必要な各種報告資料の作成を必要に応じて支援します。これにより、本部長や関係者が現状を正確に把握し、次のアクションへ繋げられるよう、情報の可視化を促進します。

【必須スキルと経験】

• 指示理解・業務遂行能力：与えられた指示を正確に理解し、自律的に業務を遂行できる方。
• タスク・スケジュール管理能力：タスクを整理し、複数のプロジェクトやミーティングを効率的に管理する能力。
• 情報収集能力：ウェブ上の情報を収集しとりめとめる能力。
• コミュニケーション能力：関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方。
• ITツール活用能力：Microsoft Office Suite、Google Workspaceなどの一般的なツールに加え、一般的なタスク管理ツール（例：Notion、Asana、Trelloなど）の使用経験がある方。
• 日本語のスキル（流暢）

【望ましい条件】

• AIツールなどを活用した業務効率化の経験。
• 論理的で分かりやすい資料や議事録を作成する能力。
• プロジェクトマネジメント、または業務改善に関する実務経験。
• （補足） お客様に対する直接的な支援業務は行う予定はありません。
