The position as a Senior Reimbursement Analyst (m/f/d) is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.
The purpose of the role is to support, develop and execute the Reimbursement and Health Economic strategies to secure reimbursement and funding for designated the diabetes therapies and to support establishment of these therapies as Standard of Care.
This role will cover key markets in EMEA region, with specific focus on Germany, Switzerland and Austria (FLUENT GERMAN SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE) and is a remote role. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time.
There is a facility-based immunization requirement for this position in Germany. Therefore, full Measles immunization is a requirement to fill the open position.
Only for Austrian Applicants: Yearly targeted salary starting from € 60.000,00 with the willingness to market-based overpayment depending on professional qualification and experience.

In this role you will carry out the responsibilities within the framework of contribution to multi-disciplinary teams including outcomes research, clinical research, regulatory affairs and marketing staff to support product development, launch, marketing, patient access acceleration, reimbursement and formulary acceptance.
