Kearney Activate Kinaxis Director of Delivery
Job Description
As a Director of Delivery within Kearney’s Supply Chain and Digital Operations practice within Kearney Activate in the Connected Planning Practice, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Kinaxis Maestro solutions for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, managing complex engagements, and shaping our Kinaxis delivery capability at scale.
In this role, you’ll combine strategic leadership, program management, and client relationship expertise to ensure that every implementation delivers measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with senior executives—both internally and with clients—to enable digital transformation and next-generation supply chain performance.

Who You Are
Experienced: You bring at least 8 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a delivery leadership role, with a proven record of managing enterprise-scale implementations.
Supply Chain Expert: You have a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes—demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and production planning—and how Kinaxis Maestro enables transformation in these areas.
Kinaxis Practitioner: You have hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or Maestro, ideally supported by certifications (Author, Contributor, or Integration Developer).
Consulting Mindset: You thrive in client-facing roles, bringing both delivery rigor and the ability to identify new business opportunities within ongoing programs.
Leader and Mentor: You inspire and empower teams through mentorship, feedback, and a focus on professional development.
Analytical and Solutions-Oriented: You navigate complexity and ambiguity with structure and logic, translating business challenges into executable delivery plans.
Collaborative and Credible: You communicate effectively across executive, functional, and technical stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.

Base Salary: $130k-$150k. It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
