The Digital Cyber Team is looking for a Senior Underwriter, SLM Specialist. This will be a high impact position that supports Digital growth efforts via Panel Relationships, Batch, and API channels.

Digital Panel Lead: assigned underwriter to key relationships for digital panels. Examples: Willis, Aon CyFi and AJG for new and renewal business.

  • Responsibilities would include supporting panel administration, tracking results, updating ChubbNet, supporting RFPs, etc.
  • Streamline touchpoints with panel partners with seamless account handling across digital or analog channels.

West Coast Batch Lead – Manages the batch workflow for Midwest, Southwest and Pacific Regions.

  • Responsibilities include: rating, follow up, administrative work for binding and support, BDM engagement, tracking metrics, etc.
  • Establish and enhance workflows and processes around the Batch quoting process
  • Training Agents and Brokers on the Batch quoting process as well as cyber insurance basics and selling strategies
  • Influencing Agents and Brokers to establish infrastructure/SMEs to help support the sales process.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years Cyber Underwriting experience
  • Familiarity with the current Batch quoting process and quoting Panel related business.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, innovative, and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Commitment to Chubb’s values of craftsmanship, expertise, and client focus.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Product, Claims, Legal) to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Ability to document, monitor, and refine underwriting and quoting processes for continuous improvement.
  • Experience developing and delivering training to agents, brokers, or internal staff on cyber insurance products and digital tools.
