Summary
This position will report to the UNC Health Alliance (UNCHA) Network Development Manager and serves as an integral part of the system level initiative to transition to Value Based Care. UNC Health Alliance is UNC Health Care’s statewide clinically integrated network, and is the primary vehicle created to transform health care delivery and payment models on behalf of over 7,000 physicians, including community-based physicians with those owned and/or employed by UNC Health Care. UNC Health Alliance works closely with payers, employers, and physicians to manage quality, cost and access to care for those living and working in the organization’s service areas.
Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager or Director. This position spends >50% of time worked on managing projects. Works with project team members to gather and evaluate business needs and requirements.
