Job Purpose:

Our Senior Digital Commerce Analyst will be responsible for managing analytics for the digital customer experience to support the digital commerce strategy. They will be responsible for all website analytics, including management of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tag manager and integrating analytics from selling and marketing technologies as well as marketing campaigns to give an integrated view of KPIs and recommendations. They will develop dashboards and ad hoc reports that share actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the digital commerce experience. They will work closely with the analytics team to ensure that digital metrics have a strong connection to ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage implementation of new Adobe Tag Manager setup and Adobe Analytics setup for new website experience.
  • Utilize, maintain and track changes in Adobe Tag Manager to set up accurate tracking.
  • Identify and clarify website and campaign objectives and lead the development of KPIs that address these objectives.
  • Lead discussions with internal stakeholders to determine ongoing digital and business intelligence needs in order to design, develop, and produce ongoing dashboards and reports to the support the business.
  • Provide ROI and ROAS analysis for digital and potential offline marketing campaigns that support digital commerce goals.
  • Work with internal stakeholders for test design and analysis to create solid test designs that will produce statistically sound, actionable results.
  • In addition to standard web dashboards and reports, continually mine Adobe Analytics, digital marketing analytics and business data for insights to improve performance and recommendations for potential direction to stakeholders.
  • Recommend new technologies or data integrations to improve digital commerce analytics capability and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business analysts in the company to determine best solutions for reporting ROI and integration of data into other reporting tools.
  • Contribute to the development of product portfolio, promotional strategies and pricing plans to drive business growth and support financial and strategic goals.
  • Proactively mine commerce data and analyze assortment performance, marketing campaigns and other growth levers to identify opportunities to drive greater efficiencies and effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Manage end to end KPIs with web analytics including Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and future product analytics tools as well as from marketing technologies such as Marketo.
  • Experience partnering with digital project management and IT teams.
  • Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Ability to take complex data and create visualizations to tell a business story.
  • Experience leveraging Excel or Smartsheet for ad hoc data analysis as needed for projects, including creating Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other activities.
  • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong quantitative skills – ability to develop analytical methodologies and assumptions, use data software to conduct the analyses, and synthesize findings.
  • Strong business acumen – ability to understand how various parts of the business interact and can identify and approach problems from a customer perspective.
  • Ability to learn and act quickly, make decisions and draw conclusions in the face of ambiguity.
  • SQL or PowerBI experience a plus.

Work Experience:

  • 5-10 years of related job experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree
