We are seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst who will play a key role in supporting a broad range of benefit programs across the organization. This position is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing programs that span retirement, health, and other employee benefits. The Senior Benefits Analyst partners closely with internal teams and external vendors, leads annual renewal and implementation efforts, recommends plan design enhancements, and ensures best-in-class solutions for our employees. $92,000.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
