Understand client businesses and provide appropriate working capital solutions across fund/non-fund based products. Collaborate with branch banking teams for new customer acquisition. Cross-sell products such as Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Transaction Banking, and Trade Finance to primary and group companies. Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders (CFOs, promoters). Increase book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio. Analyze client business models, trade activities, and cash flows to identify growth opportunities. Monitor competitive landscape and enhance Kotak’s brand presence in target segments. Ensure high-quality client service and timely resolution of queries. Drive process improvements and coordinate with operating units to develop customized solutions.
