JOB TITLE: Email Production Assistant
LOCATION: 100% remote opportunity, candidates must be available during CST business hours.
ROLE TYPE/DURATION: W2 contract, 40 hours/week, ongoing
IMPORTANT NOTE: A background check and drug screen are required for this position
JOB SUMMARY: Seeking an Email Production Assistant to join our real estate client. This role is responsible for the production of email content, working with an experienced team. The right candidate must have email personalization experience, taking submitted content and making edits to emails based on feedback. This is an exciting chance to join a well-known association and longstanding client!
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Take submitted content and input into email (Iterable) under tight deadlines
- Communicate with stakeholders and send proofs of emails; make edits based on stakeholder feedback
- Collaborate with ad team to get ads into newsletters, including handlebars coding
- Leverage API to pull states from Iterable and analyze; input data into spreadsheets
- Run A/B tests on campaigns
- Segment lists using email segmentation tools
- Insert HTML into email templates and edit for clarity
- QA emails for correct links, errors, typos, etc.
- Very occasional email design using Photoshop, Figma, Canva or other design tools
WHAT’S REQUIRED TO APPLY:
- 1+ year of professional email production experience
- Must have email personalization skills (AMP script, handlebars, Velocity, snippets, RPL, BIF and/or MJML)
- Experience coding HTML emails from scratch is a plus!
- Experience with content management systems (Drupal and Wordpress)
- Proficiency with online content development tools including HTML, tagging, graphics / imagery.
- Familiarly with HTML or basic exposure to source/coding
- Image editing (basic cropping/resizing)
- Asset management, including understanding of image use rights
- Comfortable with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, email, Pinterest)
- Comfortable in large multi-tab spreadsheets
