As a UX/UI intern, you’ll collaborate with our team to design scalable components and create technical documentation. You’ll gain hand-on experience across a diverse range of digital platforms: from clinical diagnostics to analytics, and e-Commerce on desktop, tablet and mobile.

This role is part of our Early Career Program which is 6-months internship.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides
• Assist in designing scalable components and creating technical documentation
• Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Basic understanding of UX principles, UI design and user research
• Ability to justify design decisions and choices
• Familiarity with Figma
• Basic understanding of design systems
• Fluent English, as we’re working in an international team
• Openness, communication skills, and willingness to grow
