The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $138,343 to $172,929.
Job Summary
The Manager of Distribution Design & Delivery (CT/MA) is responsible for managing the planning and execution of Capital distribution programs, including but not limited to leak prone main replacement, new business and district regulator work the BGC, CNG and SCG. The Manager will be responsible for creating a collaborative environment with the Manager of Engineering and the Manager of Construction to ensure that team members are assigned to support all work. The Manager will also work in partnership with the Schedule & Cost Control Manager to ensure that the project team delivers projects according with baseline budgets, schedules, scope and quality. Lastly, the Manager of Distribution Design & Delivery (CT/MA) will coordinate with the Director of Workforce Planning, Scheduling and Resource Management for all work requiring Gas Operations resources. Responsibility includes meeting corporate goals for capital investment, managing Construction Work in Progress (CWIP), and placement of assets in service in accordance with work plans. Must manage team performance to maximize the effectiveness of capital budget delivery considering the environment, operating efficiency, regulatory, CWIP and operational needs. Represents the company in regulatory and public forums. Manages the team to optimize the work of external contractors and other internal business areas. Holds contractors accountable for performance. Holds project team members accountable for program results. Provides strategic advice to senior management when required. Responsible for the overall project control and reporting of the project team, providing leadership and coordination of the scheduling, cost controlling and reporting processes and functions required by the Gas Capital Design & Delivery organization or other business areas.
