Job Summary
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a fully-qualified -level position with responsibility for obtaining, developing and analyzing data, prove/disprove hypotheses, and develop insights. The individual in this role will be expected to consult with divisional leaders to develop business requirements and provide possible solutions and approaches to their analytic needs. This role is expected to exhibit a significant amount of independence in interacting with business leaders and be proactive about opportunities to further analysis that will help the business achieve its goals. Develops a detailed understanding of Thrivent’s products, systems, and processes.
This role will be a part of Finance & Actuarial Division’s Actuarial Services Product Team - F&A Portfolio. This Senior BI Analyst role will be part of a product team (comprised of business intelligence analysts and engineers) that will partner directly with our Finance & Actuarial Division actuaries and leaders.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $92,538.00 - $125,199.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
