As our new Senior Design Coordinator, you get to collaborate closely cross-franchise with Design and Lead Teams, understanding and supporting the creative aspirations and coordinating project deliverables.
Core Responsibilities
In this role you will play a crucial role in supporting a dynamic design team in the conceptualization and development process of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to streamline and run the administrative aspects of the design projects, allowing designers and Creative Leads to concentrate on their creative process and tasks. Our LEGO Design Organization consists of a dynamic, creative, and collaborative culture. No two projects are the same, and they all require different needs and expertise.
The goal of this role is to contribute to the project teams, so that all can continue to deliver an outstanding portfolio, providing children endless play opportunities.
You will join a large international design team in Billund (Denmark), counting more than 600 creatives from various backgrounds, who are all passionate about the impact of play.
