In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the VP, Canada Supply Chain, and working closely with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Operations, Coffeehouse Development, Analytics and more to drive development of a winning domestic supply chain strategy. In support of this primary accountability this role helps identify key issues, designs problem solving approaches, works across teams to curate insight, generate hypotheses and create and validate solutions.

A strong candidate for the role will have a robust background in strategy development, direct experience working in Supply Chain management, and capability to work with and across data-sets to drive business intelligence.

As a Strategy Manager, Supply Chain Strategy, Business Planning, Analytics & Insights, you will:

  • Partner closely with leaders to build, measure, and maintain business strategies to deliver against the broader supply chain business strategy
  • Lead strategic problem-solving efforts by helping the supply chain team & XF collaborators identify and define key issues, collate themes across stakeholders, develop hypotheses and design required analyses and driving solutioning and validation efforts
  • Guide cross-functional teams in thinking through complex and ambiguous issues, identifying creative information sources and approaches, and pushing the team to develop new insights
  • Excel at scaling impact by effectively working through and with others. Challenges the status quo and inspires partners to achieve business results
  • Lead defining analysis to translate data-sets into insights & business driving intelligence
  • Build structured presentations illustrating key business issues, new insights, and recommendations

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 8+ yrs of progressive experience formulating strategy centrally or within functional teams, experience within Supply Chain strongly preferred
  • 8+ yrs managing complex large-scale business projects
  • 8+ yrs general business experience in large, matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to convert data from multiple sources to business driving intelligence
  • Experience in Human Centered Design is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

The typical hiring range for this position is $114,700 - $164,980 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
