Job Description

We are seeking Customer Experience Agents to support the delivery team during peak season. This is a contract role through January (with possible extension into February). You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and partners, handling phone calls, emails, and live chats regarding deliveries, shipments, and scheduling. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and chats from customers and partners regarding shipments, deliveries, and claims.
  • Monitor and update scheduling information in internal systems.
  • Resolve delivery and shipment issues quickly and professionally.
  • Provide courteous and professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries daily (calls, chats, tickets).
  • Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a strong customer service focus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (exceptional retail/restaurant experience considered).
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Experience with databases, ticketing systems, or call systems a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong phone presence, excellent communication, ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle high call volume. Must be adaptable, team-oriented, and able to take feedback constructively.
