The Hot Cook / Grill Specialist is responsible for preparing high-quality grilled and hot food items for the buffet while ensuring consistency, freshness, and food safety. This role focuses on expert preparation of grilled meats, seafood, and specialty items to Golden Corral standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
