Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Pune, Chennai, or Coimbatore.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with a strong foundation in SQL, ERP systems, and healthcare revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, enhancing system functionalities, and supporting users to ensure the efficiency of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to healthcare operations.
  • Data profiling on the source data elements to find data anomalies
  • Develop SQL queries to extract and analyze data for reporting, trend analysis, and decision support.
  • Work with ERP systems pertaining to healthcare finance, supply chain, and other relevant domains to streamline operations.
  • Support the implementation of system upgrades and modifications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of systems.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate communication and project goals.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure that processes align with current healthcare standards.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of processes, systems, and workflows for future reference.
