This role is ideal for UI/UX designers who enjoy working on visuals and design optimizations. You’ll help bring warmth, clarity, and craft to our visuals. You will have an opportunity to help define potential themes, illustrative directions, and stylistic refinements that can evolve our design language over time.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will…

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for a Web App that serves as a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Create designs optimized for multi-language support and responsive layouts across desktop and iPad touch screens.
• Collaborate with internal teams and dental professionals to gather requirements and present design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring they are ready for frontend implementation.
• Ensure designs deliver an optimal user experience for dentists interacting with AI-driven x-ray analysis.
• Incorporate accessibility standards and usability best practices for medical software.
• Continuously research and apply the latest UI/UX trends and methodologies relevant to healthcare SaaS products.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

In this role, you’ll need …

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web applications, ideally in healthcare or SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement (internal teams and customers).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Ability to translate complex medical workflows into simple, elegant, and functional interfaces.
• Familiarity with agile development environments and collaboration with developers.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in one of these disciplines with 3+ years of relevant experience.
