Production Worker / Machine Operator – Mechanical Background Required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Shifts)

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor machines that produce high-quality paper bags
• Inspect products for accuracy, folding, gluing, and printing quality
• Stack, sort, and label finished goods for storage or shipping
• Perform light troubleshooting and basic machine adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Help with loading, unloading, and tracking materials
• Follow production orders and meet daily performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical or machine operation background required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Team player who can also work independently
• Willing to work occasional overtime or weekends
