The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven undergraduate student to join our order management (Retail & Commercial) team. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure across internal business units and external customers, ideal for a student seeking to build skills and launch their career in a dynamic environment. This is a 12-month full-time opportunity based at our Clayton headquarters.

Job Description

  • Using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, data visualization software) to analysing trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Collaborating with team members to create project documentation, including project plans, communications, status reports, and presentation materials.
  • Conducting research to gather relevant information and data needed for project decision-making.
  • Collecting and organising data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards summarising data findings for departmental use.
  • Support the shared team inbox (forward, tag, follow up) and help close out customer/order queries.
  • Update customer/order details in our systems (SAP and internal tools – full training provided).
  • Help build and maintain a simple Team Portal in SharePoint (upload SOPs/templates, tidy folders, create quick links, update team news items).

Qualifications

  • Be currently enrolled in and have completed a minimum of 1 year towards an undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics or similar.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive and positive relationships within a diverse environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise multiple tasks, work well within a team.
  • Ability and willingness to seek information, apply context and share knowledge.

Desirable:

  • Formal training in the Microsoft Office and/ or Microsoft 360.
  • Exposure to Power BI.
