Graduate Quantity Surveyor – 2026 – Essex & London

Our Building Services team provides complete Facilities Management of buildings throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
Working as part of our Facilities Management (FM) division, within our Commercial Property Maintenance team on-site at Essex Schools as well as our team at MOD Whitehall in London, we are now looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our 2026 development programme and help us shape the future with purpose and innovation.
Due to the location of this role, successful candidates will have to pass high security clearance (SC). In order to pass, both UK and non-UK subjects must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years. We are unable to accept candidates with dual nationality.
