The Position

1.掌握客户信息开发目标市场,跟进所负责二级市场客户,优化使用预算内开支

2.管理地区内经销网络,为指定的经销商制定年度销售任务,协助、监督经销商的销售业绩以确保年度目标的完成

3. 助力经销商分销网络的建立,加强本地区内终端客户的覆盖

4.发展、维护EM市场客户,提高终端客户的销量产出

5.观察区域内市场竞争,与招投标团队密切合作,跟进地区内的招投标流程

6.收集市场数据并定点评估潜在前景, 并定时整理上报

7..与中央及区域市场部紧密合作,以开拓市场潜力,协助CC团队和其他支持团队合作,以全力支持销售活动

8. 主管指派的其他任务

8.遵循罗氏所有合规要求,包括但不限于罗氏信息安全,罗氏商业中的行为,罗氏竞争法互动对话,罗氏安全健康环境等,合法合理开展业务活动
