Overview

As a BPM Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner, you will be part of an agile, cross-functional team working closely with our clients to design, build and optimize digital products and business processes.

Your mission is to translate client business needs into technology-enabled solutions, leveraging Camunda BPM and other modern tools to model, orchestrate and scale business-critical workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners, Business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape product vision and prioritize features aligned with client strategy.
• Lead requirement elicitation and translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria that enable agile delivery.
• Design, model and configure BPM solutions (process flows, business rules, data models, interfaces) using tools like Camunda.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions ensuring alignment of business and technical perspectives.
• Investigate issues, optimize workflows and ensure that business processes reflect how people actually work.
• Collaborate with QA, Developers and Architects to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability).
• Participate in agile ceremonies ensuring delivery commitments are met.
• Create training and documentation to support client adoption and smooth handover.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage requests end-to-end: requirements, business process definition, design workshops and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of Financial Services industry (banking, payments, insurance, operations). Experience with BPM solutions in other industries is also a plus.
• Hands-on experience with BPM platforms (Camunda preferred).
• Strong understanding of business process and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of SQL; understanding of integration with APIs and databases.
• UI design skills (Java knowledge a plus, not mandatory).
• Agile mindset: experience writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Problem-solving attitude, focused on solutions, not problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English (Romanian is a plus).

• Previous consultancy experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience in complex digital transformation programs in the Financial Services sector.

Required Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software delivery, preferably in business process management or digital product development.
