  • Maximize Financial Impact: Strategically place the right talent in the right roles to optimize contribution margins across geographic regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with Divisions, Field Support, Recruiting, Training, HR, and Client Services to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in retail operations, leadership, or training
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Leadership & Management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for management-level roles
  • Strong supervisory skills with a track record of driving results
  • Operational Expertise
  • Deep understanding of retail processes, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to implement and enforce operational standards across multiple locations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, Training, Recruiting, and Client Services
  • Technical Proficiency
