The Role

As a Talent Sourcer you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understand client demand plans, workforce trends, and competitor hiring patterns to build forward-looking talent pools.
  • Develop persona-led sourcing strategies tailored to talent motivations, behaviors, and career drivers.
  • Use sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, niche platforms) to uncover and engage passive candidates.
  • Engage with candidates authentically across email, phone, and social channels; represent opportunities with insight and relevance.
  • Deliver consultative conversations with candidates to qualify interest, suitability, and alignment.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates , building talent pools

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Strong direct talent sourcing / recruiting background.
  • Knowledge of various candidate sourcing strategies (e.g., web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
  • Builds and nurture stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Fluent – Native level proficiency in Japanese and fluent in English.
  • Can be offered remotely with need to go to the office as and when needed
  • Pharma / life science industry experience is highly preferred
