Job Description

At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, Syngenta’s Order to Cash is seeking a O2C Analyst (Talent booster por 6 meses) in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Accountabilities

  • Keep customer accounts reconciled, up to date and accurate.
  • Perform month end close activities in a timely manner and accurately.
  • Produce and provide analysis on cash performance to the country and key stakeholders.
  • Perform timely account reviews and applications on customers accounts.
  • Keep close contact with customers, collections, business teams and follow up on necessary issues.
  • Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls (Example: SOX)

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous experience of minimum 2 years in administrative positions, with accounting background.
  • Experience in client portfolio management (managing overdue debt). (nice to have)
  • Experience in financial preparation of cashflow, financial KPIs, solid analytic skills.
  • Advanced Student or Degree in accountancy/administration.
  • SAP – Medium Level.

  • English: Medium Level.
