Personal Assistant – Evaluation Hire

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

A well-established family in the Fort Myers area is seeking a highly dependable and professional Personal Assistant to support their household and light business needs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys helping others—both in a family household setting and occasionally at the family-owned business.

Key Responsibilities:

Household & Personal Support:

• Assist with day-to-day household tasks and errands
• Schedule and accompany to medical appointments as needed
• Provide light maintenance support around the home (changing light bulbs, coordinating repairs, basic upkeep)
• Serve as a house sitter during travel or absences
• Walk and care for the family dog

Administrative & Business Support:

• Assist with organizational needs related to the family’s business and warehouse when needed
• Manage scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and maintenance professionals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Assistant, or related support role preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs
• Comfortable with light physical activity and pet-friendly environments
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
