The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day internal IT operations and processes across Clarios. This role ensures consistency, compliance, and quality in department-level IT procedures, working closely with the CDIO, their direct reports, and all IT functions.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Consulting Services
- Manage global submission of MSAs, SOWs, and Purchase Requisitions to Procurement; monitor status and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate global contractor onboarding/offboarding in alignment with PMO-Resource Management.
- Administer and maintain Process Office & PMO SharePoint pages, including access control.
Operations
- Support IT cost savings initiatives by identifying employee technology savings opportunities and executing action plans.
- Develop standard templates for operational scorecards and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with administrative tasks such as platform cost models, GES plan updates, and HR processes.
- Analyze IT datasets related to cost distribution and headcount.
- Identify process improvement opportunities across IT functions.
- Maintain consistent organizational charts using MS Visio and SharePoint.
- Provision and manage SharePoint project spaces and access.
- Support weekly reporting for the PMO Director.
- Assist with continuous improvement and business support tasks as assigned.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Associate’s degree in Business or Technology (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 4+ years of IT experience, ideally with IT-procurement background.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Flow, Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Professional presence to interact with senior leaders.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of automotive and aftermarket business processes.
- Success in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
