PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 28000-33000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

This role is advertised as part of our BBC Extend programme for disabled people. BBC Sport Scotland serves audiences across digital, television and radio covering football, rugby and a wide range of other sporting events and personalities. Sportscene covers Scottish football, and then some. Premiership, SWPL, Championship, Scottish Cup, European Qualifiers and Scotland internationals with live, highlights and analysis.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Content Producer to join the BBC SPORT Scotland team. Reporting to the Assistant Editor for Television, the Assistant Content Producer will assist in the preparation and production of creative for our television output plus original digital video content for online and social media.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
This role requires some experience in TV/Multi-Platform Sport Production. You will have a genuine enthusiasm and interest in sport, in particular football. Someone with a multi-platform approach and how best to promote our coverage. You will have ability to work to tight to deadlines as part of a team and as an individual.
