People and Project Manager for Healthcare

As our new People and Project Manager for Healthcare, you will be part of an organisation with more than 80 skilled colleagues based in Denmark, Poland and Ukraine.
You will join a management group comprising three Project Managers and one Program Manager, and will be managing a diverse and ambitious team consisting of 10–12 colleagues situated in different locations. The team is made up of Software Developers, Test Engineers, Domain Advisors and Product Owners. You will be responsible for ensuring the team’s continuous development while simultaneously contributing to setting the direction for the development organisation and managing the development product suite increments.
As our new Project and People Manager, you will work with Columna Cura – one of our newest healthcare IT products – which supports employees, patients and relatives throughout a citizen’s complete health journey. The product is operational, and has already been purchased and implemented by more than 38 Danish municipalities. You will help to ensure that we continuously deliver a high-quality product that is tailored to our customers’ needs, and support the development of Columna Cura in terms of its stability and daily operations. You will work with the best features of both Scrum and SAFe, as we are continually striving to develop and optimise our processes and the way we run projects.

A Project Manager with high IT skills
We envisage that you have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. You have some experience as a Project Manager and have previously worked on IT projects. You possess leadership and people management experience, and know how to motivate and manage your team. You are driven by the need to succeed, which reflects your ambition to realise your goals.

Furthermore, you speak and write Danish and English fluently.
We are an international company, and you can expect 1–2 days of travel a year.
