About the Team & Business Line:

Citco is a multi-jurisdictional company looking for a bright individual to join them at Senior Corporate Officer level. Candidates with a good technical foundation will be suitable and will have regular interaction with Management and indeed the clients and their intermediaries.

The SCO will assist the Management and staff in administering a mixed portfolio of clients. The portfolio will contain at least one key CJER client therefore attention to detail is essential.

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for managing all manner of tasks efficiently for a portfolio of clients and will have the total support of management and technical / regulatory experts from across the business.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and dealing with all aspects of the administration from take on to liquidation, therefore including FATCA and CRS requirements, economic substance, annual returns, tax returns, annual statements, regular reviews, statutory work and bank payments as well as client contact by telephone, e-mail, letter and occasionally face to face.
  • Attention to detail is essential and you will have some support from other Citco offices in the preparation of bank payments and the creation of minutes and resolutions.
  • Client reviews are created by a review clerk and the review points raised are dealt with by the administrator.
  • Work within a small, happy, qualified and experienced busy administration team.
  • Training is encouraged and there is regular in-house training, supplemented by external training/seminars where required.

About You:

  • The role would suit a professional, positive, organized individual with good communication skills and at least a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of using Viewpoint would be an advantage but is not essential, as training will be given.
  • Good understanding of the business gained from working within the Trust industry and will either hold or be studying towards a professional qualification recognized by the JFSC such as STEP Diploma, ACCA, ICSA or equivalent.
