Berklee is seeking a creative, student-centered professional to serve as the Coordinator of Campus Programs and Traditions, a vital role in helping bring Berklee’s vibrant, diverse, and innovative campus culture to life.
Reporting to the Associate Director for Student Involvement, the Coordinator will collaborate with students and colleagues across the college to design and implement events, programs, and campus traditions that deepen student engagement, strengthen community, and build lasting pride in Berklee. From the buzz of Welcome Week to the rhythm of Mingus Madness, this role is at the heart of what makes Berklee’s student life truly unique.
This is an opportunity to shape the Berklee student experience through intentional programming that supports creativity, tradition, civic engagement, and belonging.

Hiring Range: $53,000 to $63,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
