About the Role: Ambulatory Nursing Manager
As an Ambulatory Nursing Manager, you will lead clinical operations within our Family Medicine department, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care. You’ll oversee policy implementation, budget management, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education programs aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care and promote evidence-based practices
- Manage department operations including staffing and budgeting
- Foster a supportive and professional environment for nursing staff
- Ensure safe, compassionate care for patients and families
- Advocate for patients, families, and team members
Qualifications & Success Factors:
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, medical terminology, ethics, and privacy laws
- Ability to care for diverse age groups

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Have a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field
- Are licensed as Registered Nurses
- Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
