About the Role: Ambulatory Nursing Manager

As an Ambulatory Nursing Manager, you will lead clinical operations within our Family Medicine department, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care. You’ll oversee policy implementation, budget management, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education programs aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care and promote evidence-based practices
  • Manage department operations including staffing and budgeting
  • Foster a supportive and professional environment for nursing staff
  • Ensure safe, compassionate care for patients and families
  • Advocate for patients, families, and team members

Qualifications & Success Factors:

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, medical terminology, ethics, and privacy laws
  • Ability to care for diverse age groups
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and community service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Have a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field
  • Are licensed as Registered Nurses
  • Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
