Overview:
Our MBE division, located in our state-of-the-art facility in St. Paul Minnesota, USA provides the industry’s broadest line-up of innovative and reliable molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) systems. In this role, you will provide support to MBE customers located in the EMEA region, performing complex customer support activities involving the installation, modification, repair and preventive maintenance of complex equipment and systems to ensure proper working order. You'll lead on-site installations, testing and repair of equipment following established procedures and policies and isolate and resolve complex equipment malfunctions and initiates corrective action. You'll do all this while using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. From time to time, you may also act as a site lead and coordinate and provide work direction to other FSEs as needed - a great leadership opportunity!

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Engineering or related technical area and at least 4 years of experience in a technical service, or field service position is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Previous experience within the MBE community and/or working on MBE systems preferred.
