A Brief Overview
The Manager of Epic Cogito Analytics will lead a dynamic team within the Center for Healthcare Quality and Analytics and Digital Technology Services, driving the institution’s transformation into a data-driven, insight-empowered organization. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership—overseeing the design, development, optimization, and implementation of analytics solutions built on Epic’s Cogito suite, including Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, Cognitive Computing, Cosmos, and SlicerDicer as well as custom development in Caboodle.
Partnering closely with clinical, informatics, operational, and technology leaders, the Manager will ensure that data is transformed into actionable intelligence that improves patient outcomes, strengthens operational performance, and advances the organization’s digital maturity. This role will also partner closely with our Platform Services and Data Science Teams to help drive implementation of new features and Artificial Intelligence solutions within Epic (AI). This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced analytics leader who thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation.
This department works approximately 80% remotely, 20% on site in our Philadelphia offices on an as-needed basis.

SALARY RANGE:
$126,560.00 - $167,690.00 Annually
Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
This job is eligible for an incentive program.
