Your challenge
We are currently seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team based in North Ryde. As the Quality Specialist you will play a key role in improving, maintaining, executing and sustaining the Market QMS processes for Philips ANZ, as well as improving business regulatory compliance and enhancing customer satisfaction.
This role is essential for maintaining quality within supplier networks by qualifying sub-processes and conducting audits. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives that support innovation in quality assurance, while monitoring customer satisfaction through careful data analysis. In addition, you'll manage nonconforming records, execute delivery holds, and ensure nonconformance issues are addressed promptly within specified timelines. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our commitment to quality and efficient operations.
