Job Details:

  • Starting Pay: Based on experience & education
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 (can vary depending on projects, assignments and other tasks)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Estimate parts and labor to repair damage, using standard automotive labor and parts cost manuals and knowledge of automotive repair.
  • Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events - Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
  • Examine damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, or interior damage.
  • Evaluate practicality of repair as opposed to payment of market value of vehicle before accident.
  • Determine salvage value on total-loss vehicle.
  • Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Education & Experience

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer Service skills
  • Texas P&C Adjuster License preferred or be able to obtain one
